Now that the grading system has changed the lives of our children, we suddenly realise that just a landmark decision or a change in a system will not work wonders. It will take a long time to bring about actual change as what finally matters is the teacher-student relationship and how much education has been imparted and absorbed by the pair.

All of my work i've done so far has been 60% apart from my first essay (cuz i was cocky and didnt think the first essay would be hard, it was). Grading system is better than marking system POSITIVE-This is because it decreases the tension in the minds of the student else in marking system the parent expects good marks from the child but in the grading system good grades ultimately means that the student has got good marks.

Essay text: This placed much of the burden of recognizing academic talent on the high schools. Hindering a student's performance with a bad grade in the middle of the year can make them give up for the rest of the year. Once a student has received a bad grade they might lose faith in their academic ability.

What i feel is grading system is much better than marks because in marking system students run behind each and every mark and in this race they forget learning and they aim at only scoring. Grading system doesn't disappoint students that much.

Under the A-F grading system, students feel much academic pressure, and they study hard more than necessary to keep good GPA or to get scholarship. For example, suicide, bullying, drug use and prostitution, which are attributable to the rigorous educational system, are played up in the newspapers, and we are always surprised.
